Product Manager – Contract Management, Quote-to-Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the complete contract lifecycle processes, which include quoting, pricing, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to create scalable deal workflows and governance frameworks.

• Manage and improve CPQ and CLM systems to accommodate complex deal structures and commercial models.

• Define and execute approval workflows, delegation frameworks, and deal desk processes.

• Ensure precise translation of contract terms into downstream systems, including billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition.

• Assist in troubleshooting and validating contract, pricing, and order data.

• Promote process enhancements across Quote-to-Cash workflows to boost efficiency and compliance.

• Document processes, workflows, and system requirements to facilitate operational clarity and scalability.

• Collaborate on the integration of CPQ/CLM platforms with ERP systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, technology, or marketplace settings.

• Solid understanding of the contract lifecycle from quoting to renewal or termination.

• Practical experience with CPQ/CLM platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad.

• Familiarity with complex pricing models, including volume-based, tiered, bundled, ramp, custom, and multi-year agreements.

• Experience in managing approval workflows, deal desk governance, and delegation frameworks.

• Knowledge of downstream billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition processes.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

• Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation abilities.

• Experience in validating contract, pricing, and order data.

• Strong skills in stakeholder communication and influence.

• Understanding of ASC 606 and its implications for revenue recognition.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or SAP and their integration with CPQ/CLM platforms.
