Product Manager – Compliance

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the primary compliance control plane by defining and delivering a unified API and self-service platform that acts as the sole source of truth for all large-scale, ongoing compliance program execution.

• Foster operational independence and safety by spearheading the strategic transition that empowers non-engineering teams to autonomously manage global compliance programs from start to finish, incorporating guardrails and intelligence to eliminate operational errors and ensure zero unintended business disruptions.

• Enhance engineering and data utilization by guaranteeing that the platform's architecture and data model are exceptionally accurate and extensible, redirecting the engineering focus from manual execution and data remediation to platform innovation and automation throughout all operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in Product Management, particularly in delivering large-scale, complex, and technical platform or infrastructure products.

• Demonstrated experience in leading ambitious and uncertain 0-to-1 projects that necessitate substantial cross-functional alignment and organizational change.

• Comprehensive knowledge of API design and data modeling principles, along with a proven record of constructing reusable, high-leverage components.

• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities to negotiate timelines and synchronize roadmaps across various organizations.

• A data-driven mindset towards product management, with experience in defining and monitoring metrics related to operational efficiency, platform health, and system accuracy.
