Product Manager, CMS Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the HealthRules Payer CMS integration catalog and ensure its upkeep.

• Create and lead the multi-year roadmap for CMS integration.

• Assess new and changing requirements for CMS systems.

• Establish architectural principles for integration within HealthRules Payer.

• Keep track of releases from CMS technical bulletins.

• Manage product requirements pertaining to the HealthRules Payer API layer.

• Set requirements for a reusable connector framework.

• Create API design standards for both outbound and inbound integrations for HealthRules Payer.

• Define product requirements for capabilities related to integration monitoring and observability.

• Oversee product requirements for HealthRules Payer FHIR R4 API functionalities.

• Establish requirements for mapping FHIR resources.

• Handle HealthRules Payer FHIR certification prerequisites.

• Specify integration requirements for CMS EDI gateway connectivity pertaining to HealthRules Payer.

• Manage product requirements for batch data exchange integrations.

• Maintain a register for CMS integration compliance.

• Act as the primary subject matter expert on integration for HealthRules Payer.

• Define requirements for integration onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field within healthcare payer technology.

• Proven expertise in integrating with federal CMS systems.

• Extensive knowledge of FHIR R4 standards.

• Solid understanding of HIPAA ASC X12 EDI transaction standards.

• Experience in defining product requirements for RESTful APIs.

• Demonstrated ability to convert intricate CMS technical specifications into structured product requirements.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to align with stakeholders.
