This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap and execution for one or more CAD workflows, including call intake, unit recommendations, dispatch operations, real-time incident management, or situational awareness capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with your engineering team to create reliable, responsive, and scalable web-based solutions for dispatchers and field personnel.

• Engage directly with customers such as dispatchers, supervisors, command staff, and technology leaders to identify operational challenges and translate them into product enhancements.

• Establish requirements and product strategy for AI-driven functionalities that enhance call triage, recommendations, information retrieval, and operational decision-making.

• Work alongside engineering teams to develop real-time video streaming and multimedia features that enable agencies to access critical information during ongoing incidents.

• Utilize product analytics and operational data to spot trends, assess customer outcomes, and prioritize investments that bolster agency performance.

• Team up with sales, implementation, and go-to-market teams to facilitate new launches and encourage customer adoption.

• Prioritize and refine the product backlog by integrating customer feedback, operational insights, analytics, and business objectives.

• Balance the development of new features with the operational work necessary to enhance system performance, resilience, scalability, and usability in mission-critical settings.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in building and delivering software products, preferably within enterprise SaaS, real-time platforms, or operationally complex environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver product areas end-to-end with a strong emphasis on execution.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in a unified, team-oriented environment.

• Comfort in partnering cross-functionally with sales, implementation, support, and customer stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Background in developing workflow-heavy, real-time, or operational products; experience in public safety is a plus.

• Familiarity or strong interest in AI, machine learning, or decision-support systems and their responsible application in operational contexts.

• Knowledge of products that feature video streaming, multimedia workflows, computer vision, or other real-time data sources is advantageous.

• Experience utilizing analytics, experimentation, and operational metrics to guide product choices and evaluate impact.

• A data-informed mindset that enables thoughtful, customer-centric decisions in intricate environments.
