Product Manager – Business Analyst, Enterprise Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of one or two complex enterprise products from inception to completion within a regulated banking environment

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Business, Engineering, and Compliance to convert requirements into clear product decisions

• Organize backlogs, prioritize effectively, and oversee cross-team dependencies

• Operate beyond traditional Scrum methodologies — focusing on strategic Product Management rather than just sprint-level PO tasks

• Serve as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst

• Demonstrated ownership of at least two products from start to finish

• Possess a structured mindset: capable of breaking down requirements, establishing priorities, and communicating clearly across all levels

• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• Professional proficiency in English

• Preferred: experience in banking, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors (BaFin, EBA, DORA)

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian toolset

• Proficiency in the German language is a plus

• Relevant certifications (PSPO, CPPM, or equivalent) are advantageous
