This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive billing platform, which includes claims generation, invoicing, and internal tools for revenue cycle and accounting teams.

• Develop a product roadmap aimed at ensuring billing precision, minimizing manual operations, and speeding up time-to-cash.

• Build systems that support the launch of new products, pricing models, and customer onboarding processes.

• Collaborate with business teams to explore new verticals for Omada's clients and assist in scaling our existing operations.

• Define and implement the billing product strategy in alignment with the company’s growth and operational objectives.

• Work closely with engineering, revenue cycle, accounting, and commercial teams to translate business needs and contract specifications into scalable product solutions.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to minimize billing errors, optimize workflows, and enhance collection rates.

• Draft clear product requirements and manage the team backlog to deliver impactful solutions.

• Utilize data to assess performance (e.g., billing accuracy, collection rates) and inform decision-making.

• Investigate and apply AI methodologies to enhance billing operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.

• Over 7 years in market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, or product/business operations.

• Previous experience in the B2B healthcare sector (e.g., Billing, Eligibility, Coverage, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills along with a strong technical understanding.

• Proven track record of achieving results against target metrics with solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and clinical recommendations.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proficient in problem-solving with limited resources.

• Strong writing abilities and effective communication skills.

• Capable of building consensus among a group of stakeholders.

• Experience with user-centered design practices and methodologies.

• Analytical and curious mindset, comfortable leveraging data and user research to delve into challenges and identify innovative solutions.

• Experience in utilizing AI/ML to personalize products and improve user interactions is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
