Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance internal operational platforms and workflow systems.

• Identify key automation opportunities that significantly impact operational processes.

• Create AI-driven workflows that enhance speed, precision, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with operations teams to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• Partner with engineering and data teams to implement effective automation solutions.

• Rapidly prototype and validate concepts using contemporary AI and productivity tools.

• Define and assess operational impact through metrics: automation rate, SLA reduction, processing speed, quality enhancement, and overall operational efficiency.

• Continuously refine workflows based on data and actual operational usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing internal tools, operational systems, workflow platforms, or back-office products.

• Possesses a systematic mindset focusing on workflows, operational efficiency, and scalability.

• Has participated in automation initiatives, preferably involving AI or intelligent workflows.

• Can provide clear evidence of measurable business outcomes stemming from their work.

• Exhibits strong ownership and execution capabilities, from identifying problems to delivering solutions.

• Operates swiftly, prototypes efficiently, and actively incorporates AI tools into daily tasks.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and enhancing disorganized processes.

• Enjoys close collaboration with operational teams to address genuine execution challenges.

• Experience in Fintech, payments, compliance, or risk operations is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted operations, LLM workflows, or internal copilots.

• Practical experience with low-code/no-code automation tools.

• Background in high-scale or regulated environments.
