This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and execute F2P systems designed to boost player engagement and revenue, emphasizing progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.
• Assume comprehensive responsibility for specifications, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional quality.
• Employ A/B testing, retention metrics, and player analytics to enhance and optimize features after launch. Recognize strengths, tackle weaknesses, and iterate for ongoing improvement.
• Work collaboratively with developers, artists, and analysts to facilitate seamless feature implementations. Uphold clear documentation, address technical issues, and make strategic decisions to provide the best player experience.
• Manage development priorities under strict deadlines, balancing speed and quality to achieve maximum impact.
• Stay informed about industry trends by monitoring competitors, evaluating market innovations, and swiftly adopting best practices.
• Background as a PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of F2P mobile game mechanics.
• Ability to craft clear specifications and align teams effectively.
• High standards; we seek an individual who drives the product forward and challenges subpar ideas.
• Proven experience with a successful live game.
• Familiarity with competitive systems, leagues, rankings, seasons, battle passes, character collection, or upgrade systems.
• Experience in casual, hybrid-casual, io, or mass-market games.
• Solid understanding of IAP monetization beyond just ads.
• Has observed what exceptional live games accomplish, such as Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Monopoly Go, Stumble Guys, Subway Surfers, etc.
