Product Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the development of the ERP platform.

• Assist in project implementation by uncovering and addressing the desires, requirements, and priorities of client end-users.

• Comprehend the ERP integration landscape and pinpoint opportunities to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and oversee the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market research, customer insights, engineering capabilities, customer value, and budget considerations.

• Aid in the design, testing, and execution of integrations between the ERP system and legacy software.

• Formulate business cases to facilitate the execution of product strategy and customer workflows.

• Implement a go-live launch strategy, including training and support initiatives.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in technical product management, ideally within the enterprise software sector.

• Proven track record of achieving measurable results in Agile environments.

• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
