This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle management for designated Stago solutions, encompassing launch, growth, optimization, and phase-out.
• Formulate and implement a portfolio strategy that aligns with corporate growth objectives.
• Oversee the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) within a solutions-oriented framework.
• Spot opportunities and create business cases for the expansion or enhancement of the portfolio.
• Continuously evaluate portfolio performance and modify strategy based on market dynamics.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer workflows, pain points, clinical and operational drivers, market trends, reimbursement scenarios, and competitive positioning.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence framework to guide strategy.
• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for both new and existing solutions.
• Create detailed launch plans that include forecasting, demand planning, sales enablement tools and training, customer-facing messaging, and value narratives.
• Serve as the central leader across Sales, Clinical Applications, Service & Support, Digital/IT, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing.
• Clearly define and communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of Stago solutions.
• Assist in the development of clinical evidence, white papers, publications, and customer case studies.
• Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic customers to validate and enhance positioning.
• Take responsibility for revenue and volume forecasting for the assigned portfolio.
• Track key performance indicators such as market share, adoption rates, customer retention, and profitability.
• Manage budgets and ensure execution aligns with financial targets.
• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Previous experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical technology, product management, managing digital products, sales, or laboratory environments is strongly preferred.
• A background as a medical technologist is a plus, as is an advanced degree (MBA, MS, or clinical background) preferred.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must be able to travel internationally.
• The job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
