This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of onboarding new lender partners within the risk and credit domain, overseeing everything from integration scoping to the go-live phase.
• Enhance the matching and allocation of borrower demand to lender supply, while managing the integration pipeline across various functions.
• Prioritize borrowers by implementing enhancements to the customer offer experience.
• Conduct experiments and optimize funnels, collaborating with the design team on research and A/B testing to boost conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline your workflow by drafting documents, synthesizing research, analyzing data, and automating repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with the data science team to convert model outputs into product experiences that are optimized for both our lenders and borrowers.
• 3–4 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in fintech, lending, or financial services.
• Proven experience in developing consumer-facing and/or B2B2C products within a marketplace or platform setting.
• Strong technical proficiency—able to read API documentation, write SQL, and collaborate with backend engineers on integration tasks.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a product area from start to finish, including discovery, requirements gathering, delivery, and iteration.
• Data-informed decision-making skills, with experience in running experiments, analyzing funnels, and establishing success metrics.
• Understanding of credit and lending principles (such as underwriting, DTI, credit pulls, lender operations) or the ability to quickly adapt.
• Proficient in using AI-driven productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor) to enhance research, analysis, and documentation processes.
