Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for outpatient CDI solutions that align with organizational objectives and market demands.

• Discover growth opportunities by examining market trends, regulatory updates, and customer feedback.

• Present product profit and loss statements and growth forecasts to leadership.

• Convert business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality product launches.

• Supervise efforts with product owners and development teams to define, prioritize, and drive the execution of the product roadmap.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

• Work alongside clinical, coding, sales, and customer success teams to specify product requirements.

• Connect directly with clients (CDI specialists, coders, physicians) to collect insights and validate solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or a related field (completed and verified before start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of experience in product management, CDI, coding, or healthcare technology.

• In-depth understanding of outpatient CDI, ICD-10-CM coding, HCC risk adjustment, and quality risk methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• OR a High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) along with fourteen (14) years of healthcare experience focused on revenue cycle, holding either CRC or OP CDI credentials.

• Additional qualifications that may enhance your success in this role include: a Master’s degree in health information systems (HIS), health policy, or hospital administration (completed and verified before start) from an accredited institution.
