• Oversee daily performance metrics for the AI system, focusing on success rates, failure rates, and handoff trends—particularly after releases or new plan launches.
• Utilize data to formulate and test hypotheses aimed at enhancing system performance and member experience.
• Investigate production issues and member complaints by directly listening to calls within the AI platform, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolutions.
• Lead monitoring activities post-launch to confirm performance and detect issues early, combining dashboard analysis with direct call evaluations.
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of the SafeRide API, recommending specific enhancements required to achieve desired outcomes.
• Gather health plan Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from internal stakeholders and interpret them into clear, AI-compatible requirements for implementation.
• Evaluate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) packages from the AI vendor, testing complete call flows, identifying bugs, and providing go-live approval.
• Manage phased deployments across health plans, monitoring readiness, dependencies, and sequencing of rollouts.
• Serve as the main internal contact for updates, issues, and launches related to the AI system, ensuring clear, audience-specific communication to leadership, operations, and growth teams.
• Act as the primary liaison with the AI vendor, overseeing bug fixes, feature development, UAT, and launch execution.
• Maintain precise and current plan configuration documentation as a reliable source for active plans, credentials, and routing logic.
• Collaborate closely with internal AI, operations, and growth teams to align on priorities, facilitate implementations, and promote the adoption of new capabilities.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or in managing technically complex systems or platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, automation systems, or technology platforms delivered by vendors.
• Comfortable working with data dashboards and interpreting performance indicators to guide decisions and improvements.
• Experience in supporting launches, UAT processes, and post-launch monitoring within a production environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication abilities, capable of translating between technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership regarding execution, quality assurance, and rollout standards.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and exercise sound judgment in situations lacking a defined playbook.
