📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive operational control throughout the product lifecycle — from initial concept to post-production evaluation — with military-grade precision and meticulous attention to detail.

• Daily Product Oversight — Supervise every stage of the product lifecycle on a daily and hourly basis.

• Management of Product Backlog — Maintain a well-organized, prioritized list of features, bugs, and enhancements.

• Feature Exploration & Delivery — Drive the ideation, research, competitive analysis, and timely delivery of new features.

• UI/UX Excellence — Uphold pixel-perfect design standards, quickly identifying micro-alignment discrepancies.

• Management of UX Research — Continuously update competitor intelligence and UX research processes.

• Post-Production Oversight — Track releases in real time, promptly addressing any arising issues.

• Product Events & Monitoring — Establish thresholds, alerts, and proactive monitoring systems to detect anomalies early.

• Mixpanel Application — Utilize Mixpanel, product metrics, event tracking, funnels, heatmaps, and session replays to assess key product metrics and advance product backlog initiatives.

• Bi-Daily Feedback Mechanisms — Provide comprehensive feedback to all Development and Data Analytics teams at least twice daily to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• Team Collaboration — Organize the daily action item backlog for Product Owner, QA, Development, and Data teams, ensuring accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit and practical business experience are essential, regardless of past challenges.

• 5 years of experience in managing web products and teams.

• Over 5 years in product management in leadership roles, demonstrating success in managing complex products under daily operational oversight.

• Experience in leading Product Owners, QA, development, and data teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail — able to instantly identify 1-pixel misalignments.

• Proven history of competitive product analysis and advancements in UI/UX.

• Extensive knowledge of component-based UI systems and UI refactoring.

• Strong expertise in data analytics events and KPI-driven product management.

• 2+ years of direct experience with Mixpanel for advanced product analytics.

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT-5, Anthropic) for product operations.

• Dynamic, energetic, ambitious, and resilient when necessary to achieve objectives.

• A relentless accountability mindset with a focus on results-driven culture.

• Proficiency in English.
