• Establish and steer the product vision, roadmap, and positioning.
• Recognize and prioritize AI/ML opportunities to address clinical and operational challenges.
• Develop business cases based on ROI, data insights, and AI-driven value generation.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, particularly in AI, digital health, and ABA solutions.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., prototyping, copilots) for rapid design and validation of user experiences.
• Gain a thorough understanding of user personas and workflows within clinical and business environments.
• Employ qualitative and quantitative data (including AI-driven analytics) to derive insights.
• Regularly collect stakeholder feedback to guide product direction and enhance adoption.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Convert strategy into epics, features, and prioritized backlogs for Agile teams.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows to expedite development, testing, and iteration processes.
• Align stakeholders, oversee dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Define and monitor success metrics; leverage data to enhance product performance.
• Track adoption, utilization, and outcomes; iterate using experimentation methods (A/B testing, rapid prototyping).
• Manage product P&L while ensuring sustainable growth and impact.
• Proven experience in successfully owning and enhancing a product, supported by growth metrics indicating product adoption.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
• Familiarity with APIs (preferably FHIR and HL-7).
• Background in developing Healthcare Practice Management and EMR solutions.
• ABA experience is highly preferred.
