Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the rollout of QCSS Health solutions in new markets and for new clients within current markets.

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both new and existing MLTSS healthcare offerings.

• Collaborate closely with sales, implementation, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and successful deployments that fulfill customer and regulatory expectations.

• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for both new and existing healthcare products.

• Establish product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that appeal to our target audience.

• Prioritize product features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer requirements.

• Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and scale product configurations across various markets and clients.

• Develop comprehensive product requirements and collaborate with the development team to guarantee timely delivery.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to guide marketing strategies and product development.

• Work closely with leadership and other departments to ensure product strategies align with overall company goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally within the healthcare or health tech industry.

• Demonstrated history of overseeing all facets of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare technology and regulatory standards (HIPAA, etc.).

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and assume new responsibilities.
