Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Recognize market opportunities and understand customer needs.

• Perform competitive analysis and conduct product research.

• Formulate short- and long-term product plans.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Draft clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and product release planning.

• Ensure successful product launches and optimize post-launch activities.

• Serve as the primary contact between stakeholders and development teams.

• Collect requirements and translate business needs into effective product solutions.

• Provide product updates, priorities, and recommendations to leadership.

• Manage expectations, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.

• Define and monitor product KPIs.

• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

• Identify opportunities to enhance adoption, retention, and engagement.

• Make data-driven suggestions to improve product performance.

• Spearhead product experimentation and optimization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing SaaS, software, or digital products.

• Strong comprehension of Agile product development methodologies.

• Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make strategic decisions.

• Experience in SaaS, AI, Marketing Technology, or startup environments (preferred).

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar (preferred).

• Knowledge of product analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics (preferred).

• Strong grasp of UX/UI best practices (preferred).

• Experience managing remote teams and distributed stakeholders (preferred).
