Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop a long-term strategy for one or more product domains

• Serve as the internal expert on financial workflows

• Set and monitor product success metrics

• Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle

• Convert intricate financial requirements into comprehensive PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Recognize potential project risks and devise mitigation plans

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to guarantee smooth product launches

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or RegTech

• Demonstrated success in guiding complex data products from initial idea to successful market introduction

• Experience in managing technical workstreams utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Capability to collaborate closely with Data Scientists

• Outstanding ability to articulate complex technical or financial concepts to both engineers and executive leadership

• Advanced certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PMP are strongly preferred

• Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or other large-scale financial data warehousing solutions
