This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as a primary US-based Product Manager for products owned by Odevo.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the overall product strategy and advancing digital transformation in property management.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners to define and prioritize roadmaps, ensuring a balance between immediate delivery and long-term platform growth.
• Stay informed about customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape to guide roadmap priorities.
• Direct product positioning and its integration into the value propositions of our operating companies.
• Work in close coordination with operational teams to ensure that product outcomes lead to tangible business impact and scalable operations.
• Facilitate product launches and encourage adoption alongside our implementation team, maintaining effective feedback loops.
• Conduct outcome-focused discovery and research to validate issues, test solutions, and incorporate findings into prioritization.
• Ensure clear visibility of ongoing and planned work across product domains for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels.
• An innate communicator and relationship creator, comfortable collaborating across diverse teams and functions.
• Proficient in prioritizing across various initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity; able to distill complex challenges into clear, actionable priorities.
• Strong abilities in product discovery, research, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience in product ownership, including overseeing a development team's daily activities.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management or a similar leadership role in product.
• More than 10 years of experience working in agile/scrum environments within scaling, multi-team organizations.
• Experience in PropTech or service industry product development is advantageous.
• A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
