• Convert customer requirements and market insights into a well-defined product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives.
• Spearhead discovery efforts—conducting interviews with customers, analyzing workflows, reviewing usage data, and synthesizing feedback into actionable opportunities.
• Compose clear, detailed product requirements and collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to realize effective solutions.
• Weigh customer impact, technical feasibility, and business priorities to make informed trade-offs and maintain team focus on the most valuable work.
• Establish success metrics for your product areas and evaluate performance after launch to drive ongoing improvements.
• Examine usage data, market trends, and competitive dynamics to guide roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to facilitate feature launches and ensure smooth adoption.
• Act as the subject matter expert for your product line—effectively communicating strategy, scope, and priorities throughout the organization.
• Over 3 years of Product Management experience in an entrepreneurial, early-stage startup setting, particularly in SaaS/Cloud software.
• Strong grasp of product management and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing a strategic roadmap, securing stakeholder buy-in, and driving significant product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a hands-on attitude.
• Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to understanding customers’ challenges and aligning the team with their use cases.
• Creative problem-solving abilities, adept at navigating ambiguity, and managing multiple issues simultaneously.
• Emphasis on outcomes rather than outputs, establishing meaningful goals for your team that align with company objectives.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills. You emphasize the “why” and provide appropriate context, whether conversing with your engineering team, a customer, or an executive.
