• Taking full ownership of KIP: including strategy, roadmap, partner integrations, the user-facing cabinet, and cross-product capabilities to transform the portfolio into a cohesive ecosystem.
• Establishing team objectives, KPIs, and OKRs that align with Kyivstar Group's ecosystem strategy, while maximizing business impact across the portfolio.
• Managing P&L as the ecosystem evolves – overseeing the commercial design of cross-product use cases, partner attribution, and the evolution of revenue models.
• Nurturing active partner relationships – coordinating integration timelines, resolving conflicts in the roadmap, and safeguarding partner P&L during the transition to KIP.
• Leading architectural discussions with partners and internal stakeholders, maintaining the integrity of the chosen integration model, and adjusting it thoughtfully when warranted by evidence.
• Developing product strategy buy-in at C-1 and C-level (CTO, CISO, CEO of Kyivstar Group, and JSC Kyivstar) as well as among partner product leadership.
• Identifying new product opportunities, revenue-generating drivers, and synergistic use cases that enhance value across the ecosystem.
• Collaborating closely with discovery, engineering, security, and design teams to deliver and assess features, while conducting in-depth business and system analysis to ensure informed decision-making.
• Working in tandem with FP&A, Legal, Tech, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, and Compliance – as KIP interacts with all of them to serve the entire portfolio.
• Prioritizing the KIP roadmap in alignment with the company's IT roadmap, managing risks, setting expectations, identifying dependencies, and forecasting future developments.
• Over 5 years of product management experience with a proven track record defined by metrics, managing products throughout their entire lifecycle, from ideation to scaled operation.
• Experience with platform, identity, payments, or other infrastructure-class products is highly advantageous. Direct involvement with identity products (SSO, IdP, account management) is especially beneficial.
• Conceptual understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, with the ability to engage meaningfully in technical architecture discussions. While not required to be an engineer, you should comprehend the importance of architectural choices and be prepared to defend or revise them based on evidence.
• Strong technical abilities to effectively engage with engineering teams: understanding API design principles, system integration patterns, evaluating technological architecture trade-offs, and explaining these to non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset. The focus is on outcomes rather than activity. If you require a perfect specification before starting, this may not be the right role for you.
• Naturally proactive. You take the initiative to drive ideas to fruition: pursuing partner alignment, facilitating decision-making, and drafting documents when necessary without waiting for direction.
• Comfortable with uncertainty. KIP operates in an environment where the correct answer is often not clear, and where partner positions, regulatory frameworks, and ecosystem strategies continuously evolve. You must be able to make defensible decisions with incomplete information and adjust when better information becomes available.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities. Partner integrations, multiple internal stakeholders, and tier-0 operational responsibilities create complexity. This role rewards those who can clearly structure work and keep various moving parts on track.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the capacity to create and communicate a product vision, while driving the team to ensure progress.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at the C-1 level. You should be capable of engaging in peer-to-peer conversations, constructively pushing back, and communicating analytical judgment rather than mere enthusiasm.
• A solid understanding of the telecommunications business is essential. Familiarity with adjacent sectors (ride-hailing, health, content, retail) is an additional advantage.
• A minimum of 1 year of people management experience is a plus.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Ukrainian and English. You will regularly prepare strategy documents, partner-facing materials, and executive presentations.
• Willingness to face challenges in building Ukraine's digital identity layer.
• Choose between office or remote work — the decision is yours.
• Remote onboarding process.
• Performance bonuses available for everyone (annually or quarterly depending on the role).
• Employee training opportunities through the company’s library, internal resources, and partner programs.
• Health and life insurance coverage.
• Wellbeing program and access to a corporate psychologist.
• Reimbursement for expenses related to Kyivstar mobile communication.
