Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee the roadmap for ION capabilities that enhance network-level decision-making, forecasting, and delivery results.

• Convert business objectives and operational requirements into precise technical specifications, milestones, and success indicators.

• Prioritize platform investments that strike a balance between immediate impact and long-term scalability and maintainability.

• Collaborate with Product leadership to ensure ION roadmap decisions align with broader Ascend and RightChannel objectives.

• Work with Marketing to produce external publications and industry content that showcase ION's innovations and reinforce Impiricus's standing as a leader in AI-powered HCP engagement.

• Oversee the complete delivery process of ION initiatives, including planning, requirements gathering, implementation, launch, and iteration.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data teams on technical design considerations, scope, and rollout sequencing.

• Establish clear product specifications for data processing workflows, optimization outputs, and delivery orchestration.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation and repeatable operational processes across teams.

• Define product requirements to enhance forecasting transparency, risk visibility, and delivery clarity.

• Collaborate with teams to enhance the reliability and performance of daily decision-making workflows and production tasks.

• Drive the instrumentation and reporting for product health, forecast accuracy, delivery outcomes, and operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for improved utilization and reduced manual effort through smarter platform functionalities.

• Lead phased rollout strategies (e.g., shadow/advisory/controlled enablement) to mitigate launch risks.

• Partner with QA and Engineering on test strategies, simulation coverage, and criteria for production readiness.

• Define success and guardrail metrics for incremental enablement and wider adoption.

• Ensure clear expectations for failure handling, recovery plans, and stakeholder communication during rollout phases.

• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Commercial, and Operations to align priorities and execution.

• Translate ION platform capabilities and performance outcomes into clear, business-relevant narratives that enable Commercial and client-facing teams to convey Impiricus's decision-making value.

• Clearly communicate intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support internal enablement by translating platform capabilities into tangible business impacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with substantial ownership of technical or platform-focused products.

• Proven success in launching complex, data-driven capabilities within SaaS, marketplace, or infrastructure-heavy environments.

• Strong technical fluency with backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and production workflows.

• Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams on architecture-informed product decisions.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in defining success metrics, instrumentation, and performance dashboards.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and execution abilities in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
