This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap encompassing online ordering, restaurant marketing tools, and consumer insights, ensuring that each domain complements the others to drive increased orders.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators—such as order frequency, reorder rates, marketing campaign conversion, and diner lifetime value—and utilize these metrics to inform and justify prioritization choices.
• Create and enhance the marketing tools utilized by restaurants to engage their patrons, including email and SMS campaigns, automated re-engagement flows, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
• Develop a consumer insights framework that interprets ordering behaviors, campaign effectiveness, and guest data into actionable intelligence for restaurant operators.
• Discover opportunities to link signals across products—leveraging ordering data for personalized marketing and using marketing outcomes to refine the ordering process.
• Conduct ongoing discovery efforts: user interviews, operator feedback sessions, funnel analysis, and A/B testing across all three product categories.
• Convert insights and business objectives into precise, well-defined requirements that empower engineering teams to progress swiftly without the need for rework.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable solutions that operators trust and diners appreciate.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, specifically overseeing a consumer-facing or growth-oriented digital product with documented, quantifiable results.
• Proven capability to manage multiple interconnected product areas concurrently and articulate their collective contribution toward a unified goal.
• Proficient in product and marketing analytics, including funnel analysis, cohort data, campaign performance metrics, and A/B testing, without requiring guidance from a data analyst.
• Excellent written communication skills: producing clear PRDs, executive narratives, and requirement documents that are relied upon by cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity—capable of deriving conviction from both data and intuition while motivating others to follow suit.
• A culture that emphasizes innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.
• An opportunity to make a tangible impact in a rapidly growing environment.
