This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishing Product Vision and Strategy: Craft the product vision for Hudu's essential areas (e.g., asset management, password vaults, knowledge bases, processes, and integrations with PSAs/RMMs like ConnectWise, HaloPSA, NinjaOne).

• Customer and Market Research: Interact directly with MSPs, IT teams, and users through interviews, feedback analysis, community forums, and support data to identify pain points in IT documentation and operations.

• Roadmap Planning and Prioritization: Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances quick wins (e.g., new integrations) with long-term innovations, guided by customer upvotes and usage metrics.

• Requirements and Feature Definition: Create clear user stories, specifications, and PRDs for features such as custom asset layouts, secure password management, workflow automation, or mobile/browser extensions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, sales, and marketing teams to steer development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth launches.

• Development Oversight and Launch: Assist with sprint planning, backlog grooming, quality assurance, and coordinate releases with go-to-market initiatives (e.g., feature announcements, demos, changelog updates).

• Performance Analysis and Iteration: Track key SaaS metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, churn, feature usage through analytics), collect post-launch feedback, and iterate quickly.

• Stakeholder Management: Convey roadmaps, progress, and insights to leadership and the team; contribute to customer-facing materials such as release notes, blogs, and demos.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–7+ years in product management or related roles (e.g., engineering, marketing, UX).

• Technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, or security; experience with APIs/integrations; enthusiasm for streamlining complex workflows.

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Figma, Google Analytics, and Canny.

• Proficient in Ruby and Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL (or similar), Vue/React, and JavaScript.

• Advanced expertise in Dockerized environments.

• Must have fluent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

• Skilled in Git for version control.

• Team-oriented and communicative, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

• Exceptional time management abilities with the capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
