Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product KPIs, which encompass revenue, ARPU, churn, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Manage the entire product life cycle, including product and market research, competitive analysis, roadmap creation, iterative product development, feature releases, and product launches.

• Develop and maintain Product Descriptions.

• Oversee pricing strategies and cost management.

• Dedicate efforts to understanding customer needs and pinpointing improvement areas to enhance the overall experience.

• Clearly communicate objectives with marketing, sales, and support teams to achieve product performance goals.

• Convert product strategy into comprehensive requirements for prototyping and technical design through collaboration with engineering.

• Guide the marketing team on product promotions, offers, and support for sales channels.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and conduct product testing.

• Pilot products to validate assumptions.

• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions.

• Monitor and evaluate success metrics.

• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned to support team and business objectives.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to create content and present ideas to diverse audiences.

• Proficient in utilizing qualitative and quantitative data sources to inform decision-making.

• Experience in collaborating with various teams to foster alignment throughout the organization.

• Knowledgeable in delivering products iteratively while closely partnering with engineering teams.

• Experience in coordinating and prioritizing tasks considering time, scope, and resources.

• Exceptional ability to articulate vision, roadmap, and requirements.

• Strong understanding of the hosting industry or similar fields, including web development.

• Comfortable and familiar with AI tools and technologies.

• Previous experience with SCRUM or other agile methodologies is a plus.
