This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog, ensuring that tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.

• Convert business requirements and stakeholder requests into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that requirements are comprehended and delivered with high quality.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily execution of delivery tasks to keep the team on schedule.

• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and scope changes throughout the delivery process.

• Utilize data, user feedback, and team insights to enhance the product continuously.

• Adopt an AI-driven mindset in your daily tasks, employing tools like Claude to expedite documentation, research, and analysis.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner in the delivery process.

• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Organize working sessions, requirement discussions, and decision-making forums with clients and delivery teams.

• Take responsibility for the outcomes of the work, focusing on the quality of what has been delivered, not just what has been built.

• Frame requests based on user and business outcomes, rather than merely on features.

• Foster a positive, high-performing team environment through reliability, clarity, and sound judgment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Strong grasp of agile delivery practices and the responsibilities associated with product ownership.

• Experience in crafting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross-functional delivery teams.

• Proven experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analytical mindset for decision-making, utilizing data and user insights.

• Proficiency in product and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance documentation, research, and analysis (e.g., Claude).

• Previous experience in a consulting or agency setting is advantageous.
