📋 Description

• Assist in outlining product requirements and crafting user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and facilitate sprint planning activities

• Organize and maintain product backlogs and associated documentation

• Evaluate customer feedback and analyze support ticket trends

• Aid internal QA validation prior to product release

• Collaborate on release documentation with marketing and training teams

• Monitor feature adoption and metrics related to product usage

• Support internal demonstrations and provide overviews of new features

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
