📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, designers, and engineering team to create new features and enhance current offerings.

• Engage with numerous customers and prospects to identify their key priorities.

• Liaise with the Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to prioritize feature development that aligns with company objectives.

• Draft numerous tickets and provide clarifying information to engineers as needed.

• Leverage the product to influence business outcomes such as MRR and new product adoption.
