Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Connectivity & Insights team within Dotdigital’s product division.

• Enhance the number of valuable integrations within our ecosystem.

• Assist customers in maximizing the value derived from integrations by refining user experience.

• Engage in ongoing discovery efforts alongside stakeholders.

• Evaluate API schema and authentication prerequisites.

• Work collaboratively with engineers and UX designers to develop solutions.

• Monitor success metrics and propose adjustments or drive initiatives forward.

• Lead the complete product development lifecycle from initial concept to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing complete product development lifecycles from planning to execution.

• Familiarity with API and authentication frameworks.

• Experience with iPaaS systems (additional points for familiarity with Tray).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Active involvement in product discovery and delivery processes.

• Proven track record of building relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Highly organized with effective communication skills within cross-functional teams.
