Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• As a Product Manager and a challenge enthusiast, you will join the Creative Lab team alongside Product Managers and UI/UX specialists.

• You will execute the Discovery process to design the product that will be developed in the upcoming sprints.

• You will collaborate closely with the client and a multidisciplinary team.

• You will be responsible for empathizing with and understanding the problems that our clients aim to solve.

• You will explore the technological challenges involved and generate ideas for the product vision.

• You will employ user research techniques and methodologies such as Design Thinking and Design Sprint.

• You will define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to structure the initial backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level (mandatory).

• 5 years of experience in Data Analytics and/or Software Development (solid technical foundation).

• 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in product development.

• Experience in defining storytelling for analytical dashboards.

• Basic knowledge of business processes: sales, finance, production, expenses, etc.

• Advanced proficiency in BI platforms (Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau).

• Strong knowledge of data model design.

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience with SCRUM.

• Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Confidence in conducting meetings and negotiating with clients.

• Passion for design.
