• Take ownership of your product domains — establish direction, create the roadmap, and clearly communicate priorities to stakeholders at all levels.
• Engage extensively with customers (dental practices, lab partners, clinical staff) to gain a deep understanding of their workflows, challenges, and objectives.
• Gather these insights and leverage them for product development.
• Convert customer and business needs into precise, actionable product requirements that your engineering team can execute.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products consistently.
• Establish success metrics for all your projects and utilize data to inform decisions and iterations after launch.
• Actively incorporate AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) into your daily tasks — research, writing, analysis, prototyping — and adopt that mindset in product development.
• Lead productive cross-functional discussions rather than merely participating.
• Serve as the catalyst for clarity and progress.
• Foster a product culture that prioritizes openness, curiosity, and accountability.
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, with a proven history of launching software products that resonate with customers.
• Proven, hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily activities — including drafting specifications, synthesizing research, automating repetitive tasks, or prototyping concepts.
• A customer-centric mindset. You approach problems from the outside-in, prioritizing the customer's perspective.
• Strong collaboration skills. You excel at building trust quickly, managing competing priorities, and engaging others without overshadowing them.
• An inclination towards action and a healthy aversion to analysis paralysis. You make informed decisions even with incomplete information and maintain momentum.
• Clear and concise communication skills — both written and verbal. You can simplify complex problems and tailor your communication to the audience.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity at a fast-paced company where procedures may still be developing.
• Experience in the dental or broader healthcare sector is a significant advantage — it will enable you to acclimate more quickly and provide valuable insights.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• A flexible work environment that promotes a collaborative, high-trust team culture.
• The chance to tackle significant challenges in a field poised for transformation.
• Annual performance bonus: up to 20% of base salary.
