📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives that enhance the adoption, distribution, and expansion of Circle’s digital assets.

• Partner with ecosystem collaborators to pinpoint potential opportunities.

• Convert insights into practical product initiatives.

• Perform market research to discover emerging use cases.

• Remain at the cutting edge of developments in asset issuance.

• Guide cross-functional teams to successfully launch products in the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 7 years for the Lead Product Manager pathway.

• At least 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency sector.

• 2 years of experience in financial markets.

• Extensive knowledge of stablecoin use cases.

• Strong technical proficiency.

• Highly analytical with a comfort in data-driven decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching other product managers to reach the Principal level.
