Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders, such as customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams, to create a comprehensive product vision and strategy.

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, customer requirements, and the overall product vision.

• Lead and coordinate efforts with engineering, design, and operations teams to comprehend and address upstream and downstream effects, ensuring successful product development and deployment.

• Establish and monitor key product metrics, utilizing data insights to inform decision-making and enhance product strategies.

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders, proactively challenging and refining concepts to guide product direction and strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related area is required.

• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Pendo) is necessary.

• Experience using AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) is preferred.

• Experience in building or working with AI prototyping tools such as v0.dev, Bolt, Cursor, or Replit is advantageous.

• Ability to navigate from ambiguity to clarity—capable of leading with a problem-first approach rather than a feature-first mindset.

• In-depth understanding of customer pain points and the capability to create persuasive value propositions.

• Knowledge of the health insurance sector is preferred.
