Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor for service provider clients, facilitating the adoption of artificial intelligence, operational transformation, and maximizing return on investment through Agentic AI workflows.

• Transform customer advisory insights into validated, high-value AI use cases with well-defined functional and technical specifications.

• Manage and prioritize the AI Studio product backlog, ensuring the timely delivery of Agentic AI functionalities and pipeline orchestration features.

• Translate product strategy and client requirements into comprehensive user stories and specifications for Engineering and Data Science teams.

• Oversee cross-functional release execution from initial concept to launch, guaranteeing quality, scalability, and readiness for customers.

• Empower global sales, account, and sales engineering teams through training, playbooks, and effective technical value positioning.

• Advocate for AI Studio in complex customer interactions, including high-profile proofs of concept.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, delivering enterprise software in Agile settings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs throughout various release cycles.

• Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including Operations Support Systems (OSS) – Inventory/Orchestration/Assurance.

• Previous experience in a technology/business consulting role, showcasing strong executive presence and client-facing abilities.

• Proven experience and practical knowledge of the artificial intelligence lifecycle, encompassing machine learning operations (MLOps), large language models (LLMs), and Agentic AI workflows.

• Proficient in conveying complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong track record of driving execution across matrixed, global teams.
