• Strong ability to collaborate across business, clinical, and technical teams.
• Experience with:
• o Prior Authorization (PA), Benefits Verification (BV), or patient onboarding workflows.
• o Call center / omnichannel patient engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with:
• o LLMs / generative AI applications.
• o Workflow automation tools.
• o Data platforms (e.g., modern data stack).
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, compliance constraints).
