• Advocate for the commercial perspective – regularly engaging with our commercial teams and merchants.
• Shape the product roadmap - identifying and prioritizing high-impact features.
• Develop expertise in the field – acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the broader payments industry.
• Define and monitor success – establishing measurable results for your product area.
• Connect strategy with execution – working closely with Product Owners to convert high-level objectives into actionable user stories.
• Manage the backlog with purpose – assessing enhancement requests and technical feedback.
• Facilitate smooth merchant launches – equipping the onboarding team with essential product context and support.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology setting.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Experience in managing differing stakeholder requests and expectations.
• Possess a growth mindset and a desire to stay informed about the latest industry trends, including the integration of AI to enhance your role.
• Direct experience in the FinTech, PayTech, or Payments industries is a plus.
• Experience collaborating within a remote or distributed team is a bonus.
