This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute the product vision and roadmap focused on Reverse Logistics.
• Lead an agile, cross-functional team to develop scalable and dependable platforms that facilitate reverse logistics and returns operations comprehensively.
• Act as the functional domain authority in reverse logistics, aligning technical execution with business objectives and operational targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to engage, influence, and establish robust working relationships.
• Play a key role in the broader reverse-logistics modernization initiative, unlocking value through new platforms and capabilities while supporting emerging projects.
• Implement the product roadmap for the Mobile Phone Activations product.
• Work closely with engineering and delivery teams in an agile setting to create scalable and reliable experiences that support Mobile Phone Activations from start to finish.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify pain points and convert business requirements into well-defined product backlog items and actionable results for delivery teams.
• Serve as the functional domain expert in Mobile Phone Activations, aligning technical implementation with business context and operational objectives.
• Contribute to the comprehensive evolution of mobile activation, unlocking value from integrated carrier, financing, and fulfillment capabilities while enabling innovative customer and associate-led activation experiences.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a product manager delivering software products within complex operational domains such as retail operations, logistics, supply chain, or post-purchase experiences.
• Practical knowledge of reverse logistics concepts (returns, repairs, return-to-vendor, write-offs/disposition, shipping) and their interconnections across systems and operations.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional agile teams and delivering incremental value through well-defined roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong capability to collaborate with technology, business, and operations teams, translating needs into product requirements and making effective trade-offs among scope, timeline, and value.
• At least 4 years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in intricate, customer-facing ecosystems, ideally in telecom, retail, or transactional platforms.
• Familiarity with telecom activation workflows, including plan selection, provisioning, and real-time transaction processing across various carrier partners.
• Hands-on experience in designing customer and front-line associate experiences, balancing self-service capabilities with assisted selling in high-volume settings.
• Experience working with systems that manage sensitive customer data (PII), with a solid understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
