📋 Description

• Address challenging and ambiguous questions with thoroughness and autonomy, taking ownership of projects from the initial problem definition to the final recommendation.

• Spearhead new or early-stage initiatives and products, often fulfilling multiple roles concurrently to achieve success.

• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap for Bask by utilizing competitive and user insights to assist Product Managers and Engineering teams in prioritization.

• Establish and uphold a clear and compelling product roadmap that aligns with Bask Health's mission, ensuring the team focuses on delivering impactful solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to facilitate product development from concept to launch.

• Interact with customers, patients, and partners to gather insights, ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and effectively address real-world challenges.

• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs are central to all product-related decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• YOU KNOW HOW TO SHIP

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• 1+ year(s) of experience with Javascript/Typescript.

• 1+ year(s) in an engineering role.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software sector (experience in telehealth is a plus).

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (ClickUp) along with a git workflow.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience working across various cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
