Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Leading the discovery process, defining strategic direction, and driving roadmaps to enhance our scalable product platform.

• Managing execution amid uncertainty, sustaining momentum, making informed trade-offs, and progressing work decisively.

• Taking ownership of product outcomes, from defining problems to delivery and iterative improvements, for mission-critical and technically complex products.

• Formulating the product vision and strategy, while establishing clear product goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, and marketing to provide innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent).

• More than 3 years of experience in product management, focusing on delivering technology-driven products or platforms.

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling new tech products in technology, financial services, healthcare technology, or at leading consulting firms, focusing on enterprise products.

• Extensive collaboration experience with engineering, design, and data teams, possessing sufficient technical fluency to influence decisions on architecture, sequencing, and scalability.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts and influencing senior stakeholders.
