• Define and convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Carry out market research and conduct customer interviews to uncover product opportunities.
• Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Formulate AI-centered product strategies, including go-to-market approaches and pricing models for new offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to articulate product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Own and oversee the product backlog, ensuring the team concentrates on delivering high-value items.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure clarity and implementation of product requirements.
• Coordinate efforts with sales, marketing, and customer support to guarantee successful product launches and customer adoption.
• Lead product discovery initiatives, including customer research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to collect feedback and refine product features.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, adjusting strategy as necessary based on insights and outcomes.
• Organize and facilitate regular customer advisory board sessions to obtain strategic input, validate product direction, and enhance key customer relationships.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, ensuring all teams are synchronized for successful launches.
• Oversee and optimize the product throughout its lifecycle, from conception to retirement.
• Provide continuous support for the product and resolve any issues that may arise post-launch.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities – able to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!, Productboard).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel – comfortable visiting customers and being on-site as required (20%-30%).
