• Manage the product backlog for both primary products — establish priorities, create Feature Cards, and make trade-off decisions based on customer impact and business value.
• Engage directly with customers.
• Comprehend accounts payable workflows, identify pain points, and recognize unmet needs.
• Enhance and develop feedback channels (Canny, Intercom, CS escalations).
• Establish success metrics prior to development, then utilize Amplitude, Databricks, and PowerBI to assess adoption, usage, and business impact post-launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing on product positioning, launch planning, and enablement initiatives.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure post-launch adoption, gain retention insights, and maintain roadmap transparency.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases for the product.
• Create a customer trust narrative for AI that appeals to cautious accountants and bookkeepers.
• Work closely on a daily basis with the Technical Product Lead, sharing responsibility for outcomes.
• Over 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing a product backlog and making independent prioritization decisions.
• History of utilizing product analytics to justify or alter prioritization decisions — beyond simply generating dashboards.
• Has successfully launched at least one AI-powered feature in B2B SaaS, or has conducted discovery that confirmed AI use cases with customers and transformed them into a Feature Brief.
• Experience in conducting customer research and converting insights into product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capable of thriving in distributed, remote teams across various time zones.
