• The Product Manager I acts as an individual contributor within a team.
• Concentrates on tactical program assignments to achieve established milestones.
• Engages progressively with agile methodologies to facilitate and support cross-functional workflows and the iterative delivery of products and features.
• Collaborates with product leadership to create the product roadmap and other essential artifacts.
• Converts user needs and business objectives into clearly defined user stories for design and implementation.
• Aids a cross-functional team in delivering required outputs and meeting milestones.
• Provides direct support to a product manager or cross-functional product teams to fulfill delivery commitments.
• Develops comprehensive user stories and related artifacts (e.g., business analysis, process flows, and diagrams).
• Facilitates cross-functional workflows and the iterative delivery of features and products.
• Responsible for gathering quantitative product data.
• Assists stakeholders by collecting product requirements and aligning them with business objectives.
• Measures and reports on key performance indicators.
• Participates in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant years of experience may be substituted for educational qualifications.
