Product Manager – AML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The AML operations teams are tasked with making critical decisions using inadequate tools.

• You will take charge of the product that establishes trust with compliance teams.

• At Oscilar, you will have complete ownership of our AML and financial crimes product suite.

• You will determine what the system flags, the rationale behind it, and how these decisions progress.

• You focus on alert routing, case assignment, and enhancing analyst productivity tools.

• You understand what regulators evaluate in an MRA, and you develop products that withstand such scrutiny.

• You can effectively communicate with a data engineer regarding the necessary data for the models and articulate the model's outputs and their derivation to a compliance officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of full-stack AML products. You have successfully delivered products in at least two of the five areas mentioned above—operational in production, with actual users, under genuine regulatory oversight.

• Knowledge of AML strategy. You comprehend how AML programs are constructed and calibrated, in addition to their execution.

• Proficiency in technical and data-related matters. Your engineers have confidence in your specifications.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks. BSA, FinCEN, OFAC, FATF.

• A strong inclination towards speed. You utilize AI tools to accelerate processes, enabling faster testing and earlier learning.
