Product Manager, AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features to ensure seamless experiences and validate market needs.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product managers in rapid sprints to prototype, test, and implement capabilities.

• Create screencasts and product videos for new features to demonstrate functionality and encourage user adoption.

• Manage various aspects of product marketing, including messaging, demonstrations, and materials that effectively communicate product value.

• Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine product backlogs and enhance user retention.

• Develop onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment efforts.

• Observe customer interactions, extract insights, and align priorities and dashboards with C-level executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a startup or consulting environment focusing on product or operations.

• Knowledge of 0→1 product launches.

• Demonstrated ability to build playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.

• Preferred: experience, skills, or interest in UI/UX, AI, or software engineering.
