• Oversee the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Loop's Recommendations Skill — encompassing the entire process from signal to approved action.
• Develop planning rules as a primary product concept: determining how organizations establish, manage, and version the guidelines that dictate when and how recommendations are generated.
• Manage the recommendation interface: ensuring Loop delivers prioritized, clear recommendations to the appropriate stakeholder at the optimal moment — with complete reasoning accessible.
• Supervise governance and approval workflows: facilitating the passage of recommendations through human review, queuing, escalation, and batch approval without causing delays or losing context.
• Implement batch re-evaluation processes: enabling Loop to continually re-score open recommendations as new signals are received, ensuring the plan reflects the current reality rather than outdated assumptions.
• Integrate competitive analysis: assessing how external market signals and competitor activities influence portfolio recommendations.
• Collaborate with Chief Strategy Officers, portfolio leaders, PMO heads, and enterprise architects who are tasked with aligning large organizations strategically.
• 3-5 years of experience in a role where you were accountable for operationalizing AI, data, or ML systems within complex organizations — including consulting, decision intelligence, enterprise product management, or strategic advisory.
• In-depth understanding of how enterprise planning decisions are made: identifying who holds authority, how recommendations navigate governance, and the reasons good analysis often stalls at the approval stage.
• Proven experience with AI recommendation systems, rules engines, or decision automation — whether as a creator, purchaser, or implementer who has witnessed failures and understands the causes.
• A nuanced understanding of what constitutes a trustworthy AI recommendation: focusing on explainability, auditability, calibration, and the organizational conditions under which individuals will act on machine-generated guidance.
• Proficient in the concepts that support this system: demand management, competitive intelligence, portfolio governance, scenario planning, and risk-adjusted prioritization.
• Comfortable working directly with AI tools to enhance your own productivity — you are already utilizing LLMs to address product challenges, draft requirements, and test logic. This is essential and foundational in this role.
• Ability to manage system complexity while maintaining focus on the user: recognizing that the end recipient of a recommendation is a busy executive who needs to trust it within thirty seconds.
• Exceptional written communication skills; capable of crafting a concise one-pager that achieves alignment without necessitating a meeting.
• Remote First work environment.
• Unlimited vacation in most of our locations!
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and savings plan.
• Perks such as training reimbursement, WFH reimbursement, and more.
• Diverse and dynamic teams engaged in challenging and exciting work.
• An opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
• A wide array of social activities (both in-person and virtual).
• Optional in-person meet-ups and the chance to travel to our international offices.
• Employee referral program.
• And so much more!
