• Contribute to the commercial success of the Metro Dark Fiber portfolio by assisting with pricing, packaging, promotion, and customer targeting strategies.
• Create and maintain pricing models, analyze market trends, and assess competitive positioning to guide pricing and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to facilitate effective selling, including the development of sales tools, product collateral, and customer-facing materials.
• Aid in defining target customer segments, use cases, and value propositions to enhance market penetration and improve win rates.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing to support product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
• Convert market, customer, and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlog items.
• Engage cross-functionally with Engineering and Operations to implement enhancements that align with commercial goals and customer needs.
• Assess and improve product-related processes, systems, and workflows throughout the customer lifecycle (e.g., quoting, ordering, delivery, support).
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in product operations, collaborating with internal teams to execute scalable improvements.
• Assist in training and enabling internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations) to ensure a consistent understanding and effective delivery of product offerings.
• Establish and monitor key metrics related to product performance and customer experience, leveraging data to foster continuous improvement.
• Cultivate strong relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to guarantee alignment and efficient execution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least two (2) years of experience in product management, product marketing, pricing, business operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in pricing, financial modeling, market analysis, or performance measurement.
• Experience in supporting go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, customer segmentation, or product positioning.
• Familiarity with process improvement, operational workflows, or systems that facilitate the product lifecycle (e.g., quoting, ordering, CRM).
• Proficient in utilizing data to identify challenges, measure performance, and drive process or product enhancements.
• Comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, or similar) is advantageous.
• Experience in telecommunications, networking, infrastructure, or B2B services is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), CRM platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.
• An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Product, Agile, Process Improvement) are desirable.
