Product Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect both technical and business requirements from product leaders, engineering teams, and commercial stakeholders.

• Create clear and well-organized product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria that convert vague business needs into actionable specifications.

• Collaborate with product leaders to prioritize the backlog based on customer impact, technical dependencies, and commercial value.

• Ensure a smooth transition of requirements into product development by closely working with engineering teams during grooming, sprint planning, and delivery.

• Document edge cases, integration points, and provisioning workflows across products to minimize inconsistencies and fragmentation of access control.

• Assist in competitive and internal research regarding entitlement frameworks and packaging models to guide platform design.

• Relay progress, risks, and decisions to product and engineering stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–1 years of relevant professional experience; previous internship or project work in product, technology, or business analysis is advantageous.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Excellent written communication skills with the capability to convert technical discussions into clear, structured requirements.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems into prioritized, actionable workstreams.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or cloud concepts; experience with entitlements, RBAC, or identity/access concepts is a plus.

• Capacity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and handle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in using collaboration and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or similar).
