• Take ownership of product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning across key platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Convert business strategies, client insights, and market trends into concise, actionable product plans and investment proposals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Establish clear product outcomes and measurable OKRs that guide teams toward achieving impact rather than merely output.
• Develop and manage effective product governance practices that facilitate transparent decision-making, prioritization, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams to ensure high-quality execution and alignment.
• Act as a trusted product leader for stakeholders, aligning various teams around common goals and customer needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding them to operate as empowered, outcome-oriented leaders.
• Promote a culture of continuous discovery, encouraging rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation prior to development.
• Balance innovation with scalability, operational stability, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• 8–10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of cross-functional product teams.
• Proven track record in leading product strategy and roadmap execution within complex, regulated, or enterprise environments.
• Strong technical proficiency, including experience with cloud-based platforms and modern digital ecosystems.
• Practical experience with product management tools such as Jira and Figma to ensure disciplined delivery and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI) to guide product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the capability to unify stakeholders around a shared vision.
