• Proven experience in custom software delivery, working as part of an agile team for external clients.
• Familiarity with the UK public sector, particularly central government.
• Accountability for managing the complete product backlog and ensuring the quality and maturity of user stories.
• Experience in shaping strategies across various phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Responsible for effective requirements-gathering, refinement, and prioritization processes.
• Skilled in creating goal-oriented roadmaps, securing stakeholder buy-in, and focusing on Minimum Viable Product (MVP) principles.
• Experience in collaboratively breaking down goals into manageable tasks that deliver value.
• Proven track record in leading product teams and ensuring a clear understanding of product vision and objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, providing guidance and promoting sound product management practices.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring clients and colleagues on agile methodologies and best practices.
• Strong team management skills demonstrated through past performance.
• Solid commercial awareness and active involvement in revenue-generating activities.
• Supports and cultivates relationships with stakeholders at the product and program levels.
• Facilitates workshops with senior stakeholders, navigating differing viewpoints and securing support for new initiatives.
• Experience in implementing appropriate tools, standards, and techniques for business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Responsible for collaborating with delivery leads and solution architects to manage scope within commercial limits.
