Product Lead – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Direct the product strategy for key areas of the finance super app.

• Establish priorities, roadmap, product standards, and success metrics across various features or teams.

• Lead Product Managers, Product Owners, designers, and engineers towards effective execution.

• Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.

• Transform regulatory, operational, and business limitations into actionable product decisions.

• Ensure high launch quality, facilitate post-launch insights, and promote ongoing improvement.

• Contribute to the development of a product culture that emphasizes speed, clarity, user value, and transparent measurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading digital product domains, not just isolated features.

• Proficient in balancing strategy, execution, user experience, data, engineering, and business outcomes.

• Strong judgment regarding prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.

• Experience in mentoring or leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams is highly beneficial.

• Comfortable navigating high levels of ambiguity, rapid changes, and pressure from senior stakeholders.

• Skilled in simplifying complex financial products into user-friendly experiences.

• Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or regulated products is a significant advantage.
